One search across the WHO primary registries and ClinicalTrials.gov: ChiCTR (China), jRCT/JPRN (Japan), CTRI (India), IRCT (Iran), DRKS (Germany), ANZCTR, ISRCTN, EU CTR/CTIS, CRIS (Korea), ReBec (Brazil), PACTR (Africa), TCTR (Thailand) and more. For most Chinese, Japanese, Indian and Iranian trials it is the only place they can be found in English alongside the rest.
