UCC Liens — business-debtor UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) financing statements for Colorado, Connecticut and Oregon, sourced from each state's own public open-data portal (Socrata). Vermont's only public search surface is gated behind a reCAPTCHA wall (confirmed live, 2026-10-08) and is not automatable — ucc_search/ucc_new_filings return a loud, explicit error for state: "VT" rather than a silent empty result.
