Find IPC symbols whose title text matches a keyword, e.g. “vaccine” or “solar cell”. Returns matching symbols with their canonical ids — call ipc_lookup on a hit for its full title and validity.

Parameters

`query`	string	yes	Keyword or short phrase to search IPC titles for, e.g. “vaccine”.
`version`	string	no	IPC edition date (YYYYMMDD), or “latest” (default) / “current”.
`limit`	number	no	Max results to return (default 25, max 100).
