ipc_children
Pack: wipo-ipc · Connect: https://pipeworx.io/mcp (see Connect below for a single-pack URL)
No MCP client? Call it directly: GET https://gateway.pipeworx.io/v1/tools/ipc_children for the schema, then POST the same URL with its arguments for the data.
List the IPC symbols directly classified under one IPC symbol — the main groups under a subclass, or the subgroups under a group — with each child’s title. Give “symbol” as a subclass (“A01N”) or a group (“A61K 31/00”).
Parameters
| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
symbol | string | yes | IPC symbol to list the children of, e.g. “A01N” or “A61K 31/00”. |
version | string | no | IPC edition date (YYYYMMDD), or “latest” (default) / “current”. |
