Search ONE title of the Virgin Islands Code (US Virgin Islands statutes) by keyword — every word must appear in a section’s heading or text — e.g. title “14” (Crimes) + “murder”, or title “28” (Property) + “landlord”. Returns matching citations, headings and a text snippet; heading matches list first. Call vi_titles to choose the title. Keyless.

Parameters

`query`	string	yes	Keyword(s); all must match, e.g. “murder” or “security deposit”.
`limit`	number	no	Max results, default 10, max 50.
