satisfies_range

Test whether a version satisfies a range: exact, ^ (caret), ~ (tilde), comparators (>=,>,<=,<,=), x-ranges (1.2.x), AND (space-separated), OR (||). E.g. version “1.4.2”, range “^1.2.0”.
