form_d_amendment_chains

Pack: sec-form-d · Connect: https://pipeworx.io/mcp (see Connect below for a single-pack URL)

No MCP client? Call it directly: GET https://gateway.pipeworx.io/v1/tools/form_d_amendment_chains for the schema, then POST the same URL with its arguments for the data.

Group one issuer’s recent Form D notices into original-plus-amendment chains using each filing’s previous accession number. This prevents amendments from being mistaken for separate raises; incomplete SEC recent history can leave a chain without its original.
