sdmx_codelist
Pack: sdmx-structure · Connect: https://pipeworx.io/mcp (see Connect below for a single-pack URL)
No MCP client? Call it directly: GET https://gateway.pipeworx.io/v1/tools/sdmx_codelist for the schema, then POST the same URL with its arguments for the data.
Fetch one codelist’s code->label mapping by id, from any SDMX 2.1 registry, without needing a dataflow. Use this when you already know a codelist id (e.g. from sdmx_dataflow_structure’s codelist field, or from a dataset’s documentation) and just need the codes. Example: sdmx_codelist({ registry: “ilo”, id: “CL_ECO” }) or sdmx_codelist({ registry: “eurostat”, id: “GEO”, filter: “France” }).
Parameters
| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
registry | string | yes | Which SDMX registry to query: ${REGISTRY_IDS.join(’, ’)}. |
id | string | yes | Codelist id, e.g. “CL_ECO”, “GEO”, “CL_FREQ”. |
agency | string | no | Override the registry’s default maintaining agency id for this codelist, e.g. “SDMX” for a shared CL_FREQ. Most callers can omit this. |
version | string | no | Codelist version. Defaults to “latest”. |
filter | string | no | Case-insensitive substring filter on code id or label, e.g. “france”, “quarterly”. |
limit | number | no | Max codes to return (default 100, max 1000). |
