What is the US list price (Wholesale Acquisition Cost, WAC) of a brand drug? Searches the manufacturer price disclosures filed with California (HCAI) and Minnesota (MDH) — launch prices and post-increase prices — and returns, per NDC, the most recent disclosed WAC with its state, whether it is a launch price or an after-increase price, its effective date, the report year and the disclosure history.
