• California Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI), Cost Transparency Rx program — manufacturer WAC-increase and new-drug launch disclosures.
• Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), Prescription Drug Price Transparency program — manufacturer price-growth and new-drug launch disclosures.

There is no free national WAC feed (compendia sell it). A disclosed WAC is the price on its stated effective date, reported only when a drug launches above a state threshold or a price rises past one, so it is not guaranteed to be today’s list price. “Not disclosed” means no such report was found, not that the drug is cheap. Brand and generic names are matched as written in each state’s filing, so try both; an NDC-only search covers the increase disclosures only (the launch datasets have no NDC filter).
