Cross exchange rate between two SEK currency-fixing series over a date range.
Parameters

series1 | string | yes | Base currency series ID, e.g. “SEKEURPMI”. |
series2 | string | yes | Quote currency series ID, e.g. “SEKUSDPMI”. |
from | string | yes | Range start, YYYY-MM-DD, e.g. “2026-01-01”. |
to | string | no | Range end, YYYY-MM-DD (optional; defaults to latest). |
