Incremental feed of Prozorro.Sale procedures modified on/after a timestamp, oldest first — the upstream change feed. Returns summaries plus next_since to continue from. Use to track new auctions, status changes and results since a point in time.

Parameters

`limit`	number	no	Records to return, 1-100 (default 25).
