Keyword search over POLISH government tender notices — Poland public procurement / zamówienia publiczne — published in the Biuletyn Zamówień Publicznych via the official e-Zamówienia platform (ezamowienia.gov.pl, Urząd Zamówień Publicznych). Case-insensitive match against the notice title/order object (przedmiot zamówienia), contracting authority name (zamawiający), and CPV classification codes, within a publish-date window. Use POLISH keywords for best recall (e.g. “szpital”, “roboty budowlane”, “oprogramowanie”, “Warszawa”) since titles and buyer names are in Polish; a CPV code or prefix (e.g. “45”, “72000000”) also matches. Returns compact shaped notices with buyer, order type, CPV codes, submission deadline, and notice URL.

Parameters

`query`	string	yes	Keyword(s), case-insensitive substring match against title, buyer name, or CPV codes. Polish terms match best (“roboty”, “usługi sprzątania”, “Urząd Miasta”); a CPV code or prefix (“45”, “72000000”) matches classification codes.
`date_from`	string	no	Earliest PUBLISH date, YYYY-MM-DD. Defaults to ${MAX_SEARCH_DAYS - 1} days before date_to. The number of distinct days actually scanned is capped at ${MAX_SEARCH_DAYS}, newest day first.
`date_to`	string	no	Latest PUBLISH date, YYYY-MM-DD. Defaults to today.
`limit`	number,string	no	Max matching notices to return (default ${DEFAULT_LIMIT}, max ${MAX_LIMIT}).
