List POLISH government tenders published by a specific contracting authority (zamawiający) — e.g. a city office, a hospital, a ministry — via the official e-Zamówienia / BZP platform (ezamowienia.gov.pl, Urząd Zamówień Publicznych). Case-insensitive substring match against the buyer/organization name within a publish-date window. Returns compact shaped notices with title, order type, CPV codes, submission deadline, and notice URL — useful for “what is <city/agency> currently buying”.

Parameters

Name	Type	Required	Description
`buyer`	string	yes	Contracting-authority name, partial match, Polish spelling, e.g. “Urząd Miasta Gdańsk”, “Szpital Uniwersytecki”, “Ministerstwo”.
`date_from`	string	no	Earliest PUBLISH date, YYYY-MM-DD. Defaults to ${MAX_SEARCH_DAYS - 1} days before date_to. The number of distinct days actually scanned is capped at ${MAX_SEARCH_DAYS}, newest day first.
`date_to`	string	no	Latest PUBLISH date, YYYY-MM-DD. Defaults to today.
`limit`	number,string	no	Max notices to return (default ${DEFAULT_LIMIT}, max ${MAX_LIMIT}).
