find_trials
Pack: openremedies · Connect: https://pipeworx.io/mcp (see Connect below for a single-pack URL)
No MCP client? Call it directly: GET https://gateway.pipeworx.io/v1/tools/find_trials for the schema, then POST the same URL with its arguments for the data.
Registry trials filtered by condition/substance/status/phase/country. Recruiting and not-yet-recruiting are separate; unknown local recruitment stays unknown; eligibility text never declares eligibility. Sourced from OpenRemedies (ClinicalTrials.gov registry records).
