Search Dutch national legislation by title (the BWB Basiswettenbestand). Matches the cite-title and official/unofficial titles as a phrase and returns the regulation(s) in force on “as_of” (default today), with BWB ids (BWBR…) that nl_wetten_get_law and nl_wetten_get_article take. Title search only — does not search article full text.

Parameters

Name	Type	Required	Description
`query`	string	yes	Title words to match, e.g. “Algemene wet bestuursrecht” or “Wetboek van Strafrecht”. Dutch.
`as_of`	string	no	Resolve matches to the version valid on this ISO date (YYYY-MM-DD). Defaults to today.
`limit`	number	no	Max results to return, 1-50 (default 20).
