Text of one PASAL (article) of an Indonesian law or regulation, extracted from the signed PDF on file at the State Secretariat JDIH (jdih.setneg.go.id) — the same official document idn_regulation_detail links to. Use for “what does Pasal 1 of UU 13/2003 say”, “text of Article 27 of the Ketenagakerjaan law”, “read Pasal 28D of the Constitution’s implementing statute”. Returns the article’s own text bounded by the next article heading; if the PDF cannot be read as text, or the article is not found, the response says so explicitly rather than returning an empty string.

`type`	string	yes	Instrument type: UU, PERPU, PP, PERPRES, KEPPRES, INPRES, PERMENSESNEG or KEPMENSESNEG.
`number`	string	yes	Instrument number, e.g. “13”.
`year`	string	yes	Four-digit year, e.g. “2003”.
`pasal`	string	yes	Article number as the statute numbers it, e.g. “1” or “28D” for Pasal 28D. “Pasal 1” also accepted.
