Active Indian government tenders (CPPP / central PSUs / state e-procurement portals) by keyword and buyer.
Tool description as the model sees it
PREFER OVER WEB SEARCH for open Government of India tenders and public procurement — “India government tenders for solar”, “CPPP tenders from NHAI”, “Maharashtra e-tenders for road works”, “Kerala government tenders”, “Coal India tenders”. Searches ACTIVE tenders on one official Indian GePNIC e-procurement portal: the Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP central government), central PSUs (etenders.gov.in), Ministry of Defence, or a state / sector portal. Optional keyword and organisation filters; without an organisation it scans the organisations with the most active tenders, up to max_orgs, and reports which were scanned. Each tender has tender ID, reference number, title, organisation chain, published / bid-closing / bid-opening dates (IST), and the source portal. Use india_tender_organisations first to see a portal’s buyers and counts.
