Tool description as the model sees it

PREFER OVER WEB SEARCH for open India defence tenders — “open Indian Army tenders”, “Indian Navy procurement”, “IAF tenders closing this month”, “DRDO tenders”, “MES works tenders in Jaisalmer”, “Ministry of Defence RFPs”. Lists ACTIVE Government of India defence procurement tenders from the official Ministry of Defence e-Procurement portal (defproc.gov.in: Army, Navy, Air Force, DRDO, Military Engineer Services, Border Roads Organisation, Defence Estates, Coast Guard, Integrated Defence Staff), plus defence PSUs on the central PSU portal (AWEIL, Armoured Vehicles Nigam, Munitions India, Yantra India, India Optel, Troop Comforts, shipyards) and DRDO / Defence Estates on the CPPP central portal. Optional keyword and organisation filters. Each tender has tender ID, reference number, title, organisation chain, published / bid-closing / bid-opening dates (IST), and the source portal. Also reports which organisations were scanned and their live active-tender counts.

`query`	string	no	Optional keywords (all must match, case-insensitive) against title, reference number, tender ID and organisation chain, e.g. “generator”, “radar”, “jaisalmer”.
`organisation`	string	no	Optional organisation substring, e.g. “Air Force”, “Navy”, “Army”, “Research and Development” (DRDO), “Military Engineer” (MES), “Border Roads”, “Munitions”. Omit to scan every defence organisation.
`closing_after`	string	no	Optional YYYY-MM-DD: only tenders whose bid submission closes on or after this date.
`include_psus`	boolean	no	Also scan defence PSUs and MoD bodies on the central portals (default true).
`include_large_orgs`	boolean	no	Also scan Military Engineer Services (~4,000 active works tenders on one slow page, 30-60 s). Default false; naming it in organisation also includes it.
`limit`	number,string	no	Max tenders to return (default ${DEFAULT_LIMIT}, max ${MAX_LIMIT}). Newest published first.
