No MCP client? Call it directly: GET https://gateway.pipeworx.io/v1/tools/gu_statute for the schema, then POST the same URL with its arguments for the data.
Get the FULL TEXT of a section of the Guam Code Annotated (GCA) — Guam territorial law — by citation. “9 GCA 16.30” (or “9 GCA § 16.30”) is Aggravated Murder Defined; “21 GCA 33101” is who may take an acknowledgment of a deed. Guam uses TWO citation styles depending on the title: newer titles write “chapter.section” with a dot (9 GCA, the Criminal Code); older titles concatenate chapter and a zero-padded section number with no separator (e.g. 21 GCA). Either form works. If the citation omits “N GCA”, pass title separately (1-22). Returns the current statutory text, the official catchline, chapter/title context, source PDF URL, and data_as_of. Guam publishes the CURRENT text only — no per-year historical archive; this tool says so rather than guessing. Keyless. Use for “what does 9 GCA 16.30 say” or to check a Guam statute a case or contract relies on.
