Monthly Georgian electricity prices set or recorded by the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission (GNERC), 2015 to 2026, in tetri per kWh: the average balancing-electricity sale price, the guaranteed-capacity fee, and the price ESCO paid deregulated power stations.

Parameters

`series`	string	yes	Which price series. ‘balancing’ = average sale price of balancing electricity; ‘capacity_fee’ = guaranteed capacity fee; ‘deregulated’ = price ESCO paid deregulated stations.
`year`	integer	no	Restrict to one year, 2015-2026. Omit for the whole series.
