Find German Weather Service (DWD) climate stations by name or nearest to a coordinate. Returns station id, name, federal state, elevation, coordinates and the first/last date of daily climate observations, with distance when searching by lat/lon. Use the station_id with dwd_daily or dwd_latest. Covers ~1,400 current and closed stations across Germany. Source: Deutscher Wetterdienst.
