No MCP client? Call it directly: GET https://gateway.pipeworx.io/v1/tools/dol_m1_filer for the schema, then POST the same URL with its arguments for the data.
Full Form M-1 filing history for one named MEWA or sponsor — every plan year it filed, newest first, plus a count. Matches the name against both the MEWA name and the sponsor name, or pass an exact EIN instead. Use to answer “has this MEWA/association health plan filed Form M-1, and for which years” or “is this plan still registered”.
Parameters
| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
name | string | no | MEWA or sponsor name, matched as a substring against both fields. |
ein | string | no | MEWA EIN (9 digits, dashes optional), exact match. Provide this or name. |
limit | number | no | Filings to examine, 1-100 (default 100). |
