de_statute

Pack: delaware-code · Connect: https://pipeworx.io/mcp (see Connect below for a single-pack URL)

No MCP client? Call it directly: GET https://gateway.pipeworx.io/v1/tools/de_statute for the schema, then POST the same URL with its arguments for the data.

Get the FULL TEXT of a section of the Delaware Code — Delaware state law — by citation. “11-636” is murder in the first degree; “6-2734” is contracts with automatic renewal provisions. Accepts natural forms: “11-636”, “11 Del. C. § 636”, “Title 11 § 636”. Returns the current statutory text, the official catchline, chapter/subchapter/title context, and the AMENDMENT HISTORY (the session-law citation chain Delaware prints at the end of every section). Delaware publishes the CURRENT text only — no per-year historical archive; this tool says so rather than guessing. Keyless. Use for “what does 11 Del. C. 636 say” or to check a Delaware statute a case or lease relies on.
