Search the FULL TEXT of the Delaware Code by topic or keyword — “landlord security deposit”, “automatic renewal contract”, “homicide”. Calls the Delaware General Assembly’s own live full-text search (it searches statutory TEXT, not just section titles — a search for “landlord” matches sections whose title never says “landlord”). Returns matching citations, catchlines, and chapter/title context; call de_statute with a citation for the full text and amendment history. Keyless.
