Search Bahrain government open data for datasets by keyword (population, census, education, GDP, labor market, industry). Returns dataset_ids (pass to query/dataset_info), titles and record counts.

Parameters

`query`	string	no	Keyword(s) to search dataset titles/descriptions, e.g. “population”.
`limit`	number	no	Max datasets (1-100, default 20).
`offset`	number	no	Pagination offset (default 0).
