Tool description as the model sees it

An Irish company’s filing/submission history (annual returns, accounts, charges, etc.) by CRO number, from the CRO’s (Companies Registration Office) own live Open Services REST API — services.cro.ie. REQUIRES A CRO OPEN SERVICES API KEY: this data is not in the CRO’s open-data snapshot, only in its live, access-controlled API. Register at https://services.cro.ie (a CORE customer account plus a signed Open Services Terms & Conditions submission; the CRO issues the key). Pass your registered email as _apiKey and the API key itself as _apiSecret. Without both, this tool refuses and does not guess or substitute other data.
