Ranked candidate website domains for a company name, with per-source evidence.
Tool description as the model sees it
Resolve a company NAME to its website domain. Returns RANKED candidate domains, each carrying evidence PER SOURCE — Wikidata (P856 official-website claim), GLEIF LEI registry, SEC EDGAR (US filers), UK Companies House (BYOK), French recherche-entreprises, a DNS-alive check, a homepage
Parameters
| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
_chApiKey | string | no | Optional BYOK — UK Companies House API key. Register free at https://developer.company-information.service.gov.uk. Companies House has no website field; this only adds identity confirmation for GB/UK names. |
_serpApiKey | string | no | Optional BYOK — a Serper (serper.dev) or Brave Search API key, used only as a long-tail fallback when the registries above carry no domain. Disclosed in the response (serp.used) when it runs. |
_serpProvider | string | no | Which BYOK SERP provider _serpApiKey is for. Default “serper”. |
