The Chinese text of ONE specific article/provision of a law, regulation, or judicial interpretation found via cn_search_laws — not the whole document. Extracted from the official PDF the NPC database itself serves (that database has no per-article JSON text field). Returns found:false with an explanation rather than a snippet when the article cannot be located or the PDF cannot be read — this tool never fabricates text.
