California Data Exchange Center (CDEC) MCP — California Department of Water Resources real-time and historical hydrology, reservoir storage, snow water content, and stream gauges. Keyless.

• hourly_data(station_id, sensor, start, end?) — hourly SHEF data
• event_data(station_id, sensor, start, end?) — event-based (irregular)

• reservoirs(station_id?) — reservoir storage snapshots (statewide or one)

sensor is a CDEC sensor number (e.g. 15 = reservoir storage, 8 = full-natural flow, 76 = stream stage, 3 = SWE).

• daily_data — Daily data for (station, sensor). CDEC’s -9999 missing marker is returned as value: null with missing: true, and the response counts the gaps.
• hourly_data — Hourly data for (station, sensor). CDEC’s -9999 missing marker is returned as value: null with missing: true, and the response counts the gaps.
• event_data — Event-based irregular readings for (station, sensor). CDEC’s -9999 missing marker is returned as value: null with missing: true.
• latest — Most recent REAL reading for (station, sensor), looking back three days. CDEC writes -9999 into slots it has no reading for and the current day’s trailing hours are routinely unwritten, so this skips
• reservoirs — Reservoir storage snapshots.
