Top countries trading a given Brazilian product (or overall) in a year — live from MDIC Comex Stat.
Tool description as the model sees it
Top partner countries for a Brazilian product in a given year, from MDIC Comex Stat (live proxy). Pass either an 8-digit NCM code or a 2-digit NCM/HS chapter; omit both for Brazil’s overall top trading partners that year. Sorted descending by value (USD FOB). Use for “top destinations for Brazilian soybeans in 2025” (ncm=“12019000”, year=“2025”) or “Brazil’s biggest export markets overall in 2025” (year=“2025”).
Parameters
| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
flow | string | no | Trade direction: “export” or “import”. Defaults to “export”. |
ncm | string | no | Full 8-digit NCM product code (e.g. “12019000” = soybeans). Use this OR chapter, not both; omit both for overall totals. |
chapter | string | no | 2-digit NCM/HS chapter code (e.g. “12” = oilseeds and grains). |
year | string | yes | 4-digit year (e.g. “2025”). |
limit | number | no | Max partner countries to return. Defaults to 10, capped at 50. |
