Search Spain’s consolidated legislation (Legislación Consolidada) by words in the title — e.g. “Código Civil”, “ley de propiedad horizontal”. Returns matching laws/decrees with their BOE id, rank (ley/real decreto/…), issuing department, dates, and the official BOE page URL for each. Source: Agencia Estatal Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE), Legislación Consolidada open-data API. Pass the returned id to boe_law for the full record or one article’s text.

Parameters

Name	Type	Required	Description
`query`	string	yes	Words to match in the title, e.g. “Código Civil”.
`ambito`	string	no	Optional: “estatal” (national) or “autonomico” (regional) to restrict scope.
`limit`	number	no	Max results, 1-50 (default 20).
`offset`	number	no	Pagination offset (default 0) — the upstream does not report a total match count.
