Get one Spanish consolidated law by its BOE id (from boe_search_law, e.g. “BOE-A-1889-4763” = Código Civil). Without “article”: returns metadata (rank, department, dates, consolidation status), subject tags, notes, and a table of contents of its articles/sections (“bloques”) — capped and marked truncated for large codes. With “article” (a block id from that table of contents, e.g. “a1” for Artículo 1): returns the actual text of that one article across every historical version, each dated, with the current one flagged. Unknown id or article is refused with found:false, never an empty success. Source: Agencia Estatal Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE), Legislación Consolidada open-data API.
