Search the American Samoa Code Annotated by TOPIC or keyword rather than citation, e.g. “domestic violence”, “limitation of liability”, “entitlement to vote”. Returns matching citations, headings, and the section URL. Call as_statute with a result’s citation for the full text. Keyless.
